phtaya11 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the phtaya11 online gaming website accessible at phtaya11.vip, including all associated mobile interfaces, games, services, and functionality.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the phtaya11 Platform.
• "Player," "User," "you" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses the phtaya11 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to applicable terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by phtaya11 subject to wagering requirements and other applicable conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total cumulative bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Balance funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the denomination used for all financial transactions on the phtaya11 Platform.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software companies whose game content is made available on the phtaya11 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the phtaya11 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing the phtaya11 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with phtaya11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptance occurs at the moment you check the acceptance checkbox during account registration or, in the absence of such a process, at the moment you first use any feature of the phtaya11 Platform.

If you are accessing phtaya11 on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization or person to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not use the Platform in that capacity.

phtaya11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at phtaya11.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the phtaya11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
3. You are accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of any third party;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phtaya11 or any affiliated Game Provider;
5. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the phtaya11 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform;
6. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order from any gaming regulator or platform;
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person.

phtaya11 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Where phtaya11 discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account has been registered by a person under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of deposits made will be forfeited. phtaya11 may report such incidents to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

To access the full functionality of the phtaya11 Platform, Players must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. Registration information includes, at minimum, a valid email address, username, password, full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the phtaya11 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying phtaya11 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach;
• Ensuring that your Account information remains accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times.

phtaya11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from unauthorized access that results from your failure to notify phtaya11 of a known security incident in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on the phtaya11 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phtaya11 does not accept cash deposits and does not offer credit or lending facilities.

Deposits: Deposits are processed subject to minimum and maximum limits applicable to the chosen payment method. phtaya11 reserves the right to modify deposit limits with reasonable notice. Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by phtaya11. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them — use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal;
2. The Real Money Balance must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal amount for the selected payment method;
3. Any wagering requirements attached to Bonus Balance funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived amounts become withdrawable;
4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where practicable, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

phtaya11 may place a withdrawal on hold pending completion of additional verification where required by regulatory obligations or internal risk procedures. Players will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to resolve it.

phtaya11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunication networks outside phtaya11's direct control.

phtaya11 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated in the individual promotion description.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses credited to phtaya11 Accounts:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance, which is separate from the Real Money Balance;
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering Requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered using real money on eligible games;
• Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game category — live casino games, slots, and bingo may contribute at different percentage rates as specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire at the end of their validity period;
• phtaya11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest means.

All games offered on the phtaya11 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers whose software and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are subject to independent certification and regular auditing. phtaya11 does not own or control the underlying game software and is not responsible for outcomes produced by Game Provider RNG systems.

In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on a Player's device and those recorded in phtaya11's server logs, the server-side records shall be deemed authoritative. Connectivity issues, device failures, or browser errors affecting a Player's session do not invalidate game results recorded server-side.

Players agree to use the phtaya11 Platform only for lawful recreational purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or exploit game outcomes through software tools, algorithms, collusion with other Players, or any other technical or non-technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the phtaya11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Maintaining more than one Account, or registering under a false identity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform or any game;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the Platform or game software for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses phtaya11 staff, support agents, or other Players.

All content on the phtaya11 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, branding, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, and software, is owned by or licensed to phtaya11 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game content is owned by the respective Game Providers and is licensed to phtaya11 for the purpose of making it available to Players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phtaya11 Platform content without explicit written permission from phtaya11.

phtaya11 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phtaya11.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phtaya11 implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no digital data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and phtaya11 cannot warrant the absolute security of any data you transmit to the Platform.

phtaya11 will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers involved in operating the Platform, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

phtaya11 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. phtaya11 strongly encourages all Players to approach gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income, and to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.

phtaya11 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which Players may access at any time through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but increases to limits require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure maximum loss amounts over specified periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders that appear during play at specified intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take temporary breaks from gaming by suspending their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop using the Platform may request self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

phtaya11 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, restrict a Player's Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that Player is experiencing problem gambling, including where the Player has identified themselves as vulnerable or where usage patterns are consistent with harm indicators.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses resulting from use of the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content supplied by third-party Game Providers;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions taken by phtaya11 in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements;
• Loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, phtaya11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phtaya11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by phtaya11's negligence to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

phtaya11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where phtaya11 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for any Prohibited Activity;
• Continuation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk to phtaya11;
• The Player's KYC documentation cannot be verified or has been found to be fraudulent;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period;
• phtaya11 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.

On Account termination for a Player's breach of these Terms, phtaya11 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable verification and anti-money-laundering procedures, unless forfeiture of such funds is required by law or justified by the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting phtaya11 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player subject to KYC verification and withdrawal terms.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the phtaya11 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the phtaya11 Platform, you agree to first contact phtaya11's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phtaya11 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines for resolution of the matter.

Game outcome disputes must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant transaction or game round. phtaya11 will not consider claims submitted outside this period. In resolving game outcome disputes, phtaya11's server-side records shall constitute conclusive evidence of game results.

phtaya11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phtaya11 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players through the Platform, via email to registered addresses, or through in-platform notifications.

The amended Terms will be effective from the date published at phtaya11.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
